It is our mission to support women at every stage of their journey, empowering them to embrace their God-given gifts and confidently engage in sharing, teaching, and learning within a community of like-minded women.

Meet the Creator
Tyra here, Founder of Faith In Her—a midwest gal from Ashtabula Ohio, who explored different cities and finally settled in Houston, Texas.
Faith In Her was born from my personal journey to live wholeheartedly. After immediately feeling disconnected at my first post-college job, I knew I couldn’t sustain a career devoid of purpose. For years I floated between unfulfilling jobs, joking with friends that I was “just here finding purpose.”
Still, as my career path wavered, my relationship with God and church community exponentially grew. Baptized in July 2022, my walk with Jesus transformed “I’m here finding purpose” from a burden into inspiration to keep pursuing my passion. God highlighted my innate gifts of nurturing, hosting, and cultivating memorable experiences. Opportunities arose in event planning, experiential marketing, and leading a women's connect group at church.
In addition, I noticed a lack of spiritual connection and community in many workplaces. Having faith be such a grounding force in my own life, I yearned to help other women integrate and uplift their spiritual identities in their careers too.
Through Faith In Her, I aim to empower women to take agency in aligning their professional paths with their spiritual truths. My hope is that by bravely fusing these two aspects of self, women can unlock new realms of purpose in their vocational lives while building authentic and meaningful connections.
